With interiors by Virginia Fisher, the hotel seamlessly blends natural textures, thoughtful design, and sweeping alpine views to create an environment that feels both grounding and indulgent.
Guests are welcomed into intimate suites with fireplaces and private terraces, alongside dining and wellness spaces that celebrate balance and tranquility. ROKI is not just a place to stay — it’s a place to pause, reset, and embrace the beauty of Queenstown.

ROKI needed a creative partner to thoughtfully extend their brand into the finer details of the guest journey. Our role was to ensure every touchpoint reflected the same standard of luxury and refinement found in their interiors and service.
Working closely with the ROKI team, we curated and delivered:
Custom branded caps and beanies – durable yet refined, designed for Queenstown’s alpine climate. These not only serve a practical purpose but also reinforce a cohesive, polished brand presence among staff and guests.
Chef jackets and wait staff aprons – finished with bespoke embroidery to mirror the precision and care that defines dining at ROKI. These garments elevate the team’s presentation, enhancing the fine dining experience while carrying the brand’s sense of sophistication and refinement.
Coloured pencils and writing pencils – a playful yet premium detail designed with younger guests in mind. These touches add to the warmth of the ROKI experience, ensuring even children feel considered and engaged during their stay. It’s another example of how even the smallest details can be carefully branded to reflect the ROKI philosophy.
Tissue paper and stickers – elevated packaging elements that transform simple moments into memorable experiences, adding a sense of care and attention to even the smallest details.
Every item was sourced not only for its function but for its alignment with ROKI’s ethos of calm sophistication. From the textures of the fabrics to the finish of the stationery, our aim was to make each branded product feel like a natural extension of the interiors and the overall guest experience.
