We offer a range of embroidery techniques, including Puff Embroidery, Gradient Embroidery and specialty Metallic/Fluorescent threads.
No minimum order quantity.
Following the proper care listed below, our embroidery should outlast the garment and the thread colour should not fade or bleed.
Wash and dry the garment inside-out
Wash with a mild detergent
Do not use chlorine bleach or optical brightening agents
Remove promptly after wash cycle
Do not wring out the garments
Never tumble dry
If drying on a clothesline, keep out of direct sunlight
Iron inside out
Screen Printing is the art of pushing ink through fine mesh screens onto fabric. Ideal for complex or simple designs, with either a single colour or multiple colours.
We match our inks to Pantone Colours, and have Metallic/Fluorescent inks available.
Minimum order quantity: 20 garments.
Following the proper care listed below, screen printed garments can last for years, since the ink is pressed into the fabric fibres, and not on to them.
Wash and dry the garment inside-out
Wash with a mild detergent
Do not use chlorine bleach or optical brightening agents
Remove promptly after wash cycle
Do not wring out the garments
Never tumble dry
If drying on a clothesline, keep out of direct sunlight
Iron inside out
Supacolour & Direct To Film (DTF) are similar methods, with a vinyl-like transfer. These are pressed onto garments with a heat press. An excellent solution for complex designs containing fine lines and gradients.
Metallic foiled options are available.
Minimum order quantity: 10 garments.
Following the proper care listed below, Supacolour garments are guaranteed to last 80+ washes, and DTF guaranteed for 50+ washes.

Iron inside out
Direct To Garment or DTG is just that – a print, directly onto the garment. Similar to your ink-jet printer at home, our printer can create those one-off custom t-shirts, with a fast turnaround.
DTG can only be matched to CMYK colours, and not Pantone.
Maximum of 10 garments per order. Garments must be 100% cotton.
Supacolour garments have a durable print heat pressed onto the fabric that is guaranteed to last 80+ washes.
Patches offer a premium finish to a branded garments, or can act as a cover-up to hide existing branding or holes. With the ability to capture complex designs, they’re ideal for uniform and merchandise.
We can create a range of patches, including Embroidered patches, Woven patches, Leather patches and Iron on patches.
We create custom labels in all shapes and sizes, and offer a retagging service for your own branded merchandise.
